Ran track this year, it consisted of about 5 workouts and 3 races at my school. 2:56 800m time I think, I only was able to race twice. Wish I would have know a lot more about running.
Sophomore Year:
XC Season:
-I got flyer at a Jr.High track meet to do XC and wanted to start high school off with great friends, so I joined and thought it was so weird all these people ran so far everyday, then I became one of those people, and know I love it. I will try to get some of my times in here.
Indoor 2015 Soph Season:
Decided to keep running but didn't get in alot of mileage like I would have liked to since it was always cold. Ran an 2:35 800m and a 5:55 mile at Simplot.
Outdoor 2015 Soph Season:
Currently have been having a strong season.
5:35 Mile @ Davis District Championships, working to get that time down to 5:20, and then really hoping to work down to 5:15.

Short-Term Running Goals: Rest of Soph Outdoor Season:
With consistent intervals at a 76/7 my coach wants my mile down to 5:20 at the end of the season. I only hope to do better than that, and to try out a few 3200's.
Junior:
XC: I hope to have great training and do well in all my local races, and I hope to compete at foot locker and the goal is to be in the top 10. Compete at state as well
Senior:
XC: First at state, First at Foot Locker Regionals and 10th at nationals
Track: 1st in mile or 3200 at simplot. 1st at state.
Long-Term Running Goals: Break 4 in the mile

If I don't make the goals or be the first I am ok with that, I know that I will always do my best, and I will never give up, no matter the time, or how I place. |

| | 5x400 intervals today, times were all over not what I wanted at all. I always lead my group and this annoying kid kept coming up on the side of me and I was like laughing, like kid I beat you in races and always in practices and he is so jealous of me so he sprints at the end to try and win, and of course me being me I speed up cuz he's not getting past me and then we end up way to fast... I'm going to start running with the first group.
Then a nice cool down and stretch

JV Region (0.994 Miles) 00:05:34, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 1 | | Mile Warmup, Raced in 1600m and got 2nd, could have been faster but it was super windy and I was in a big gap by myself. Then did a mile to cool down and warm up. Came back and did 2 mile. Got a PR from 12:47 to 12:35 and I was ranked pretty high, it felt good but tiring after a mile already. That's ok I need the expierence. Was also working by myself in this race. Then went and did a mile cool down. Great Way to end the season!!!
